How to solve substitution

2x-3=-y
3x+5y=2

2x - 3 = -y
multiply the entire thing by (-1)
y = 3 - 2x
substitute into second equation
3x + 5(3 - 2x) = 2
3x + 15 - 10x = 2
you can solve the rest.
