The A/C blower is possessed. It will not turn off, even when I shut the car if it still blows. I have to unplug it so it doesn't run the battery down. I think I have narrowed the problem down to the blower. The A/C cools just fine and I can change it to heat and that works well. I just can't control the blower. It will not adjust from high to low. It is stuck on high and like I said before it won't turn off.

Sounds like a bad control unit. Before replacing the unit, try spraying WD-40 on the control switch (buttons). It sometimes works wonders.

I don't think it's the knob. It will turn the A/C on and off, make it turn from hot to cold it does all its functions except control the blower. Plus, the blower will not shut off even when the car is off.

I would have to see it--nothing jumps out at me.

If you have automatic climate control, read this article and perform the tests. You have either a burned out blower control processor or a bad HVAC controller: Blower runs on high and won't shut off (http://free-auto-repair-advice.blogspot.com/2009/01/blower-wont-shut-off.html)

Thanks for the info guys. You have been helpful. I'm going to take it in and get it repaired. RickMN's article help and it goes beyond my abilities. Thought it might be a fuse or something I could change out!
Thanks
