Hi,
My wife is GREEN CARD HOLDER(LPR) since 2004 and she had applied I-131(travel visa) in October 2008 but she missed appointment/biometric test for it due to out of USA and uscis not revert back to us for next appointment.I think it would be cancelled.
May she apply again I-131 travel visa?

I am beneficiary of my wife and let me know how long will take for I-130 processing and my case has been pending at California service centre since July 2007.
Please reply asap.

I-131 in this case has been canceled.. she needs to submit a new I-131 and must wait until receives approval. It's not recommended to stay outside US for more than 6 months a year as her green card may be revoked by immigration officers at any US ports.

Your I-130 may take approx 5 years because she is lawful permanent resident, not US citizen.
