Hi my name is Chris and I have noticed quite some time ago that I had small bumps on the bottom part of my feet and on the bottom and sides of my heals. I just recently discovered that the same type of bumps have been noticed on inner lower corner of my palms and I am concerned that this condition could spread and would like to know if there is a way for me to stop this from happening as well as getting this condition to go away entirely.

Any help with this would be appreciated

I know that I and many others here would like to help you. However, the best thing to do, to put your mind at ease and know what's really happening, would be to go to a physician like a medical doctor or dermatologist who can examine you in person and then diagnose you to recommend a course of treatment. The best that we can do here is guess at what it might be.

If it's progressing, then the sooner you get to a doctor, the better.

Looking online for an answer to a problem that actually needs a medical diagnosis might give a person some ideas. But, it's no substitute for being examined by a physician who can actually see what's happening to you.
