I have Crohns disease, and have been on Prednisone in the past, but not for l2 years, and I have played a lot of out door sport, my skin is horrific, with its bruising and bleeding, and tearing, is there a supplement I can take for this?
I cover my arms now when in the sun.

I was thinking fish oil and one of the things I found said take fish oil every other day.
Another site said you may need a low-salt diet and a potassium supplement
Check with the dr about that since they could have a bad interaction if you should not take
And ask about CAM therapy complementary or alternative medicine (CAM).
