This is an Immigration question, not an "other law" question and I'm asking that it be moved so the appropriate experts will see it.

In order to be eligible to obtain indefinite leave to remain in UK, you must be legally married.

If you're legally married in your country and you came to UK on spouse visa, then you must prove that you entered marriage in good faith and marriage is not a sham. In this case you may file for indefinite leave to remain, but it is not going to be easy. You need to have proofs that you're kicked out of the house, etc. Police report and sworn statements from witnesses are required. You should consult experienced immigration lawyer. It may be possible.

If you entered UK as a fiancée of UK citizen and you did not get married, you are not eligible to obtain legal status in UK. You must return to your home country.
