Are the bulb easy to replace. I mean are they easily accessible?

Check underdash fuses with a test light or multimeter:

If problem persists, the bulb is likely bad.

That is a tough question, the replacing of the bulbs is easy enough! It is gaining access to them.
It usually involves removing the cluster pack to gain access to the back of it, which usually involves dismantling the dash, which has too be done in a warm environment, plastic is very brittle cold and expensive to replace.
So no they are a tough job to get at usually not easiely accessible. The easist way to find out is stick your head down by the pedals and using a light look up.:D
The next thing I would do is just call a dealer and ask how much or how long it would take to replace all the bulbs in your dash  then buy a book, Google it, find some info and then decide for yourself.
Good luck

Don't waste your money on a Haynes, Chilton, or Motor book. None of them have trim removal diagrams. Spend $10 for a 3-day pass and get genuine Honda shop manual access. They will show you exactly how to get your dash panels off.
You can only get the bulbs from Honda. They're little LED's in a twist socket. Once you get the trim off, they're very easy to replace.
