We are being advise to abonden our 14 yr old adoptive daughter so the state of Fl can put in foster care. All we want is help with the volence ( she abuse the father and abuse the mother by hitting both) In in Fl there no servicees for parents. Or rights they much rather put in foster care and charge us with abondment? And is it a chrimal charge or civic

If your question concerns whether abandoning this child is a criminal or civil charge, it is criminal.

I am sure there must be some other way.
Does she know they want to take her away?
Does she want to leave?

Boot camp or some other type of intervention should be possible.

If the state wants to take her you can refuse to sign everything.
They will still take her but at least it won't look like you gave up on her and abandoned her. If she is wanting to leave and the feelings are mutual maybe it would be best.
If they are forcing you to 'abandon' her they really shouldn't charge you with anything but I have seen worse so anything is possible. Again if they are forcing you to 'abandon' her I wouldn't sign anything until I talked it over with a lawyer.
