In your opinion, is using eye drops like bausch & Lomb Advanced Eye Relief for redness, harmful to your eyes?

I'm not an eye expert, but I once asked my optomotrist that same question, his response "if used in moderation it's not harmful". He recommended that I use the natural tears eye drops, or just plain water.

Natural tears are much better. There are fewer preservatives. But Alty was right on the spot, in moderation.
