When I turn on computer it shows on the screen:

SMART Failure Predicted on Hard Disk 2: ST9120821AS-(S1)

WARNING: Immediately back up your data and replace
Your hard disk drive. A failure may be imminent.

Press F1 to Continue

When I press F1 then the screen comes up as:

BOOTMGR is missing
Press Ctrl +Alt +Del to restart

Then it just goes back to the prior screen. Is there a way to fix this or do I need to take it in?

Drive is failing/developed an error. If there is data on the drive that needs to be retained but for which no backup exists, power off immediately and send drive to service facility or data recovery company. Otherwise, if it is just a matter of convenience, replace the drive with a new one, rebuild the operating system, and attempt to transfer the data off the drive via a external drive enclosure or by installing it as a second drive if the laptop supports doing so.
