I have an 18 year old son. When he was 17 he stole my care, spent two nights in jail and has become extremely disrespectful and ugly towards me and his dad. He is a senior in high school and is failing at that we have tried everything that we can think of to get him on the right track. Can we legally remove him from our house? He is 18 after all and legally an adult.
Thanks,
Jnn

Legally you CAN kick him out after 16, he is 18!! If you want him out all you have to do is call the police and ask them to stand by when he removes his stuff from your house. If he refuses or makes a scene they will arrest him and issue him with a restraining order. If he brakes that he will be arested and locked up until court

You should be able to at 18, but not 16, at 16 you are still liable for their actions.
You have to do a legal eviction.
