SO me and my girlfriend were in a parking lot of a movie theatre and we decided to park at the back for some privacy. We parked pretty far near the back but the lot isn't that big and there was a tractor next to us and we were facing the whole lot, there were about a dozen cars. So we start talking, lay down together and what not, kiss a little, and it got a little frisky. That being said, we were about to go further but decided not to because it was not right, and too open. As we go back to our seats, I look at the tractor only to see feet on the other side! And I'm like what the hell. I got freaked so we start driving and as we drive the feet move around the tractor to hide. So we decide to find out who this is because its freaky and weird. We drive around the tractor couple times in the lot and I yell, hey! I seeeee you! And stuff like that. All the while the feet move accordingly to hide. Then we stop about 30 yard away and do a high beam. Nothing. Then we drive about 15 yards from it is a big truck, I get out behind it and look from there at the tractor. This is when a what looked to be a security guard comes out ( he was wearing a white long sleeve with a blue vest, I'm pretty sure seen them in the mall). He screams hey, and I think he swore which is when I ran to the car and we drove away. So, what do you think of this. Is this not spying in a way on his part, aren't any type of cops supposed to come to you and not spy, that's freaky. And then hide, we were purely just interested to see who it was, in case it was some weirdo or something, its just weird and we were curious. I was just wondering, what could come of this? Nothing I'm assuming.

Be careful about approaching strange vehicles. Not everyone
Who wears a security uniform is necessarily a security guard or could
Be an ex-guard with a sick grudge. Many weirdos pretend to be
Security or actual law enforcement officers, even have phony
Lights on their vehicles and try to pull people over in their cars.
You may have been luckier than you even realize.
Curiosity killed the cat.

You just avoided getting a criminal record, now you are engaging in questionable behavior? Didn't you learn anything?

What questionable behavior? Sitting in a car with my girlfriend and making out? Yah very questionable behavior right there. Not to mention that there were a dozen other cars in the lot so it wasn't exactly just us. And I didn't know a cop let alone a security cop has the right to spy like that, and not reveal his identity after we clearly saw him. It was just plain creepy, like some serial killer movie. If my behavior was 'questionable' then you might as well say his was too. He clearly was trying to hide from us after we were driving around, then finally gave up and started yelling at us because he was embarrassed or annoyed.

ANYBODY, including cops and security guards can watch you have sex if you choose to do it in public. Some people would turn away. Some people will watch. If you don't want 'em to watch, get a motel room.
Now, I've had my share of parking lot sex, but I UNDERSTOOD that it was US who were acting a bit creepy - not anybody who happened by.

Yes, I know 100's of police officers that would walk upon a car with the people doing it, and they would watch, normally when the people got done they would beat on the window to chase them away, a few would wait till the boy looked close and beat on the window to spoil his fun.
But they have no obligation not to spy on you.
Esp a security guard, most likely the little fun he gets on his job.

If you're on his turf, he can do as he pleases. As someone said above, the public is just that - public. Anything you do in the public, say in the public, etc. can be watched, overheard, etc.
Hate to say it, but, he's not at fault.

I understand, so public is public, so if I wanted to have sex I could. Agreed? And if he wants he can watch? Agreed? Now would you want some guy creeping you while you have sex? I'm just saying that its creepy. If I saw that I wouldn't watch, I'd let it be.

Not looking for argument, looking for constructive answers that look at both sides equally, not just one side as this is the reason for this post I made.

Come on, Joker123, tell the truth, if you saw some guy having sex with a girl in a car, you'd do exactly what that guy did--you'd record it on your cell phone and post it to Youtube.
