Best way I can think of is to try and find someone who has English as a first language and talk to them. Barring that it is pretty difficult.
As some suggestions I will rewrite your question.
First;

Now my version.
Many of my friends are surprised that I am learning english and have been doing so for 10 years. But my actual speaking skills are not very good. I will be tested in a few weeks and the speaking part is difficult for me to learn. Does anyone have any suggestions?
See the difference?
One may be proper English and the other is conversational English.
