All right I'm trying to figure out what legal ways I can go about this. My boyfriend and I had a great roommate until his girlfriend moved in, now their the roomates from HELL. My boyfriend and I are on the lease, They both are NOT. They usually pay all Utilities and rent through a check to my boyfriend. The landlord is not even aware that His girlfriend lives there. We want them OUT and soon. How do I go about this?
- We live in Michigan
- they have paid rent 5/6 times in a check written to my boyfriend
- they pay all utilities and cable in a check written to my boyfriend
- they are both not on the lease
- the apartment complex does not know the girlfriend lives with us
- they also have an illegal cat living with us
-their both really stupid and probably don't understand any legalities since they just learned to balance their checkbook.
