What happens if my wife does not show up at a protective order hearing?
What if she does not show up for a felony charge initial hearing ? Can the charge be dropped?

Could we have a little more info here please?


Did she file for the protective order?

Was she charged with the felony?

It could be droped if she shows up, if you prove her claims have no base.

If they have enough evidence they can still convict without her.
Also they can order her to court, find her in contempt for not showing up.
DA does not allow the other person to drop charges, a lot will depend on the other evidence
