Hi, I hope you could help!! Since yesterday evening I was filling up the bath with hot water and suddenly when the bath was filed a quarter of the way up, the hot water stopped. I tried turning the tap on/off position but no water was coming out at all. Although I still have cold water coming from the cold tap and the hot/cold are both working on the sink in the bathroom, plus no other issues with the hot water in the kitchen.

The mixer tap/shower has been working fine for the past 2 years, up until yesterday... you only get a little drip when the hot water tap is open to the full extent.

I would appreciate some help, not sure of the make/model of mixer tap but purchased it from B&Q.

If you give us the brand and model we may be able to give you detailed instructions. The cartridge is clogged and neds to be removed and cleaned.

Thanks for both your replies, I am not sure of the make/model number but have seem to resolved some of the problem. Basically as you mentioned it was clogged up, opened the cold water tap fully and then tried opening the hot water tap, when closing the cold water tap the hot water starts to flow but not 100%, it's flowing at about 30% compated to normal pressure.
