BB Becker makes a line of "inspirational" jewelry - with things like "faith" on them. Could that be it? But I doubt they would be true antiques.

My girlfriend had a ring made and she had the "eternity" symbol engraved which looks like an 8 laying sideways. Maybe it's the two symbols put together...
