The first day of my last period was the 25th November - normal cycle. I had unprotected sex on the 6th of December and took the morning after pill 58 hours later. Yesterday (20th december) I experienced brown dischargy type period which went away, this morning (21st December) I continue to experience a period which is now red but VERY VERY light - it seems to have stopped again. This would be around the time I would get a normal period.

I just want to know if this is normal ater taking the morning after pill or is there any need for me to be worried

There is always need to be worried when having unprotected sex. The morning after pill is NOT 100% effective.

With that said, it is close to your period time, so you may just be having a period early.

Amazing to me how people can post in one forum, and then you see that they have other posts with more info.

Confusing to say the least!

Took a pregnancy test - negative... boobs are now beginning to hurt and this is the lightest period I have ever had... that being its vanished again.

Decided on forgetting about the guy, not going to answer his calls or texts as last time I did he promised he would stop seeing her - but I WOULD NEVER KNOW

Will be going to have a full STD check up and maybe if I keep feeling like this maybe a clear blue pregnancy test will put my mind at ease as the pegnancy test I did was one of those fafthy little cheap ones

Thanks for all your advice

I'm glad to see that you are having yourself checked :) and taking care of you! That is the most important thing in this case (as with so many other cases! ) :)

Hope it stays negative!

Good for you, droping the guy! He doesn't seem to be worth your time!
