About three weeks ago when you walked into one of our bedrooms there was a wet spot it kept getting bigger then we had a huge leak in our front yard plumber came out fixed outside first then that wet spot in our bedroom just dried up now its back and much worse its in that one room,hallway,and master beedroom no sign of leaking pipe my husband checked our water meter and the meter was going and we were not using any water is that a busted pipe under concrete? And why did it stop for a week then come back and how much will that cost to fix? How long does it take to get mold from water damage or get sick

Repair failed or other section broke up the line I would expose the repaired section no matter what and follow it from there toward it he house. What made the pipe break to begin with. Old galv iron, black plastic well line, did the ground freeze??

Close all the shut off valves in your house and double check the water meter if it is running then it is defiantly a water leak under the slab, the best thing is to call a company that they have the electronic detectors to pin point the leak before you digging any area, once your leak is detected the rest is easy to fix. How old is house and what type of pipe do you have is your piping galvanize or copper? Thanks.

Yes you have a leak under the slab but you still have options at this point.
1) You can repair the leak again **or**
2) You can get three estimates and repipe the house.
If you have old galvanized or copper pipes with pin holes I would suggest a repipe job.

Slab leaks are expensive, and messy, to fix. You got good advices from Tom and Afaroo. In addition:

1. Hire "Leak Detector". They will tell you exactly where the leak is
2. ( Now, if you situation permits, plumber may be able to bypass and reroute the leaking section of pipe)
3. If not, than you will have to break concrete
4. Fix the leak
5. Repour concrete
