Control board on KitchenAid dishwasher is bad. Old part number is Whirlpool 8269187 and is replace with slightly redesigned part number 8564542. Connectors are different. How can I replace the part with existing wiring? Model number is KUDM01TJBL0.

In the kit there should have been instructions or adapters. Or according to this you might have the incorrect timmer. There number is CNTRL-ELEC (USE WPL 8564543) You have 8564542but the 8564543 subs for the other number. Very confusing indeed. No where in the information does it say anything about adapters for the wiring so I would be making a phone call to where ever you got the part from for a answer on this.
