I am a duel citizen (American/Canadian) born in the US to Canadian parents and have papers and SIN for Canada. I want to marry a Canadian lady and we wish to live in both contries. What is the easier way to accomplish this?

So many immigration/citizenship rules have changed over the years. Try checking out the Government Website here in Canada:

Welcome to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.asp)

I believe there are residency requirements to maintain citizenship.

According to the Canadian charter of rights and freedoms 6. (1) Every citizen of Canada has the right to enter, remain in and leave Canada. Therefore, residency is not an issue if you are a Citizen. Which I am.

So, my question remains.
