My internet on my laptop computer is messing up. It won't let me connect to any networks and when I tried to use my ethernet, it still didn't work. It keeps saying my dependency group or server failed to start.

If anybody has any answers please help me out. Because I am totally lost.

Click Start/ Help & Support

In the search box type "System Configuration Utility", click the first topic "Start System Configuration", then click "Click to open System Configuration". On the dialog box that opens click the Services Tab.

Make sure all the following services are turned on. To turn on a service, click to select the check box.

Application Layer Gateway Service
Network Connections
Network Location Awareness (NLA)
Plug and Play
Remote Access Auto Connection Manager
Remote Access Connection Manager
Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
Telephony

Click OK, and then click Restart, After Windows restarts try to Connect.
