It has a goat's body, goat's horns, a goatee. It has a man's head and hawk wings. Could be Arab or Egyptian.

The Baphomet looks pretty accurate to the description, but the only other thing I can imagine it might be is a Phooka, a European faerie.

Is it Pan He has a mans head goatie beard, man like chest but his bottom half is all goat and he has cloven hooves. Hes also known as the god of mischief.
