I've had my nose done for about a month and a half, it's always infected yet I clean it with sea salt everyday. There's a bump on the inside and I was wondering if I take it out now will it close up nicely with no scar and how long will it take to fully heal? Or will there always be a noticeable scar?

It depends on the way you heal.

I've had my eyebrow ring out for 11 years, and I still have the scar.

You will just have to wait and see.

I think if there is a bump in there, obviously something is infected, I knew a girl who had the same issue and five years after she took it out, there is a black "object" finally surfacing to the top layers of skin....maybe go to the doc and see if they can get rid of the bump, before anything...sounds like you have sensitve skin though..id take it out ....

Oh yeah! I had my nose pierced too before and it closed up perfectly no scars...

Yeah... I guess it depends on the person and where the piercing is.
