Hey, I have little red dots underneath the head and around the bottom of urinateing hole what is this and what should I do?

It sounds like you need to see a doctor so this condition can be properly diagnosed. This could be herpes simplex--I know all of the medical information states it should or will turn into a blister--but not always.

It could be just an allergy to a new soap. Either way I would get it checked out, especially if you are sexually active. :eek:

I have had 4 red dots under the tip of my penis since birth, as far as I can tell. I know that they can't be anything bad, because I had them before I was sexually active, and both my father and my mother saved themselves for marriage. I believe that (if you are) circumcised, the tool that the doctor uses to preform the circumcision, may (or, I could be wrong) create these tiny little, symmetrical red dots under the tip of the male penis "head." However, if they are NOT symmetrical, and you have noticed their orientation, size, or characteristics change in ANY way, you NEED to contact a doctor as soon as possible. Thanks.
