My husband and I were married for over 5 years until we decided to separate. Before we got married I have a small business and its earning enough for myself. When We got married he invested some money from our joint bank account. And now the problem is he wants to get or wants to have a big share from the business. The business is in my name and I want the business back. What do I do? Talk to an attorney. If the business was started during the marriage it could become a very sticky point as it could be agrued to be a marital asset in which case your husband would be entitled to half.
