I own a Maytag refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. Last week I was cleaning the inside shelves, when the door alarm went off. I silenced the alarm by pushing the button for the door alarm and now the refrigerator is not making ice or dispensing water. Is there a way to reset this feature? Part number MFI2568AES

Try removing power(plug), or turn breaker off and then back on, first.

I just unplugged the fridge for a minute and a half. The flap on the ice dispenser flapped open twice when I plugged it back in but still no water. It beeps when I push the lever to dispense water.

So here's what I've been able to figure out so far. When I hold the door alarm button, it gives me three options. 1. Turn all functions on 2. temp reading option and 3. all functions off (sab on off) what ever that is. I don't know if this helps but I've tried changing all three and nothing happens.
