My home and well is 3yrs old, At time it will not turn on or supply water. After several hours it will fix itself. If it does not fix iteself what should I do and what can of maintenance can I perform to stop this problem.

MS, the first thing I would look at is the switch. When you say the pump is not cutting on, are the contact points in the switch closing (as they should) or not?

One more thing. Is this pump submerged or above ground?
