I moved the thermostat(disconnected it) and put it back together... any ideas why it won't start??

BTW I have already crossed the thermostat wires to see if it would start up with no luck. There was a small spark when I did cross them though.

What do I Have to do to get this thing cooking?

First thing I would do is call the HVAC company that installed that new boiler. It is under warranty. Next item is obvious. It worked before you disconnected the thermostat so I would figure the problem is with the thermostat connection. Usually when thermostats are installed by a professional they pick the correct location so what was the reason for the move? Also if you extended the wires I would be checking all the splices and connections.

With the minimal info you supplied the is the best questions and answers I can come up with.

Thermostat wires are in correct areas...

As stated

I crossed the thermostat wires as to bypass the thermostat completely

I am thinking maybe try to shut the whole system down and restart from scratch. Let me know and thank you very much

Check the fuse on the ignitor panel if so equipped. Also try a complete reset by main power off wait 5 minutes and repower. Larrs are good little boilers. Dinner time here catch up with you in a bit.
