OK. Well I Love this girl she's my neighboor I've loved her for about 4 years now. Well at some point she figgured out that I loved her and then soon after she kissed me. Well after that one day I asked if she wants to be my Girlfriend. She told me she loves me but they are consequences and that if something goses wrong in our relationship we would probably never talk to each other then she said she'll think about it. Bt does she really Love Me ?

Best thing for you to do. Is to give her space..

Trying to give people a reason to go out with you. Is sad.
And if she thinks there is risks
Then her let this
But don't let it effect you

She has kissed. And that's a good thing.

So what you do now is. You just act normal with her. No sweety no touching no want to be my girlfriend.

After she said there are risks. If she wants you man. She will come after you. Trust me.

OK I'm sorry I did not take your age into account.

I've been in love since the age of 5.. So I know the feelings ;)

Well then my advice :) just have fun. And take things slow.
And enjoy the games ;)

All the best
