OK. Well I Love this girl she's my neighboor I've loved her for about 4 years now. Well at some point she figgured out that I loved her and then soon after she kissed me. Well after that one day I asked if she wants to be my Girlfriend. She told me she loves me but they are consequences and that if something goses wrong in our relationship we would probably never talk to each other then she said she'll think about it.
