Hi, chattyjoe!
I seem to have had some reasonably good success using the following site. Sanskrit Dictionary for Spoken Sanskrit (http://www.spokensanskrit.de/) I do wish that we had a designated expert here in translating words into Sanskrit. However, every once in awhile, there are a couple of people that show up who really know their stuff about translating written names, words and sentences from other languages into the written Sanskrit. Hopefully, someone like that will come along and notice your post.
You may have to try the site above in the different ways that are available and maybe also try some things that are suggested on it in order for you to be successful.
There is also another site that you could try. It would be the following one. Free Online Translations to Sanskrit, Hindi & Marathi for Tattoos, Names & Sentences (http://freetranslationblog.blogspot.com/)
I think that the guy that runs it is the same one that comes around here, now and then, to answer very finely concerning questions like the one that you have.
It's my understanding, that there is also a way to contact people on either site to get help.
Thanks!

Thanks for the info. I had one place that translated it for me for a cost and the one free site only will translated up to 5 words. I am a little worried if this place translated it correctly. I went to the dictionary you listed below and some of the words do not seem to be correct-exp the word "whole" was translated into "completely full" but I think it should have been translated into the word "entire" since the qoute is talking about the person "whole" life. But I don't know since I cannot speak nor write the langauge but I would like a couple more people to translated just to make sure that it is correct since I will have put into a tattoo, hopefully by next week.

Please understand this:
No language can be learned from a dictionary.
Dictionaries give only the standard meaning of the words.
The meaning of the words changes by the reference & their place in a sentence.
So machine translation or online automatic translation tools is not substitute for a human translation .

I do understand that only a human can translated it correctly BUT how do I know that the person did not just go to the dictionary to translated it,that's why I went to the dictionary. The other reason I was looking at the dictionary is that 2 different people translated the quote and I have gotten 2 different translations.

If you can post both the translations here,
I can verify it for you.
