My toilet flapper closes too soon

Hi BB:

Is this a replacement flapper.. If so, then try purchasing a couple different kinds of universal flapper over at home depot, preferably one with an adjustable foam float, and see if this improves the FLOAT TIME of the flapper and the flushing of the toilet!
