If it's cold it's even worse, the lights all come on and it turns over, but won't start.
Have changed the 4 sensors on it, the plugs, wires.
Any Ideas

. Remove battery and fully charge it.
. Clean battery terminals and cables.
. Test all underhood and underdash fuses with a test light or multimeter:

. Check for codes.
. Check for spark. If none, replace the Ignition Control Module and coil:

. Check for fuel. When the ignition key is turned to ON, do you hear the fuel pump run?
That should get you headed in the right direction.

Make certain the battery is fully charged, but also, while cranking, check for strong spark and also for fuel pressure.
