We have been trying for 5 months to get pregnant. Each month goes by and I'm getting my period. I'm starting to become depressed about it.

I'm 27 and I have a toddler so I have proved we can make a baby, but its just not happening.

I have regular periods and we have regular sex, I check my .c.m. and there is a change through the month.

Just some answers and reasons would be helpful.:(

Hun, you have only been trying for 5 months now. It takes the average healthy couple up to a year of actively trying to become pregnant.

Don't get depressed about it, this will only make it harder.

If you aren't taking prenatal vitamins, I suggest you start now. While this does not aid in getting pregnant, it aids in stopping birth defects such as spina bifida which occurs many times even before the woman knows she is pregnant. It is irreversible.

Treat yourself as if you are pregnant now, and try not to stress about it. Stress will delay pregnancy.
