Furnace will won't heat. Model #BGMO7516B Serial # 980905038. Red light blinks once. Will ignite but won't kick in to heat.


Try cleaning the flame sensor. Also look on the back side of the blower access door and post what one blink means from the diagram.

It will be located on the top of the burners on a little shelf on the left side. Held in by 1 phillips head screw.

1 blink I believe is just ignition lockout

Have a coleman evcon red t furnace, when I checked unit , I discovered it wasn't working so I followed the "test" instructions.

After powering unit back up and allowing it to cycle, I noticed that the indicator light was flashing twice. So I had the exaust switch replaced as the light guide siad it was stuck closed.

However, after going through the reset instructions again I am still getting the same 2 flash signal from the light!


Not sure what the problem is at this point, anyone have any idea
