I recently did paperwork for a job I have been offered. The background check part of my paperwork had only one box checked off for driving record and credit check. The box for criminal background was not marked. I would think that maybe a federal felony from 2002
May be undetected because of this..?

I guess, it's possible they'll miss it, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
