Hi am 13 years old, I have a period that lasts heavy for 5-6 days then normal for days 6-7. Also the period is usually 14 days between each other. Is this normal for myself at this age. I have to wear night sanitary towels MaXI during the daY?

At what age did you start your period?

If you recently started, it shouldn't be a big problem, your body hasn't become regular yet. When I started, I had my period for 3 days, it stopped, a week later it started again, really irregular. But then I didn't have my period for a couple months. It just takes a little while for it to start on a monthly interval.

However, if you have been having you period for many months, you might need to see a doctor.
