I have a 14 month bay girl and she is my life however me and my partner split up, I moved out so she could have the house anyway I was having my little girl 2 nights a week and sometimes three but she has made a decision as she does not want contact with me so she has stopped my baby staying over through the week I only been allowed to have her a couple of hours on the night which I don't think is resonable as she will pick her up at 8pm when she should be in bed any ideas?

Do you have a support and custody order from court? If not, you should get one. Your rights and what she wants seem to not coincide.

I have full perantal responsibility as I'm on the birth certificate after 01/12/03 as she is only 14 month

That is not the same as a support and custody order. That order details child support payments and visitation. Since your visitation seems to be taken away, it might be a good idea to get a legal order to protect your rights as your daughters father.
