There was a toy I used to play with as a child in the early to mid 1990's, and I can't think of what it was called. It was a paper flower maker. It came with scented colored paper squares that you used a different shaped dies to cut out the shapes of the petals, and it came with plastic green stems that the paper petals were fastened to.
