Only the Government deport someone. You can report a violation if you have proof.

For some reason the police frown on you throwing them in your trunk and driving them to the border.

But you report them to the INS. Don't expect a lot to be done but you can report them

What you can do is report the issue to ICE... you don't have authority to deport anyone.

I want to know why you said "without getting myself in trouble"... why would you get in trouble?

I don't know why everyone who wants somebody else deported wants to make the complaint anonymously. I worked for an enforcement branch of the Feds for a while and the complaints which were anonymous were looked at last. At the very last, to be specific.

(Out of greenies for you)

Yes, normally the anonymous reports are not even looked at, too mny reports, too few dollars. If something is seroius enough and true people should not be ashamed to admit what they are doing.

I just feel like people who want to report annonymously either do it because they just assume since the person they want to report is foreign they are obviously illegal and have no proof.

OR, they don't even believe it themselves but want to make someone's life very difficult for a few days / hours...

Hello:

YOU don't deport anyone. All you can do is snitch on them, and that isn't very nice.
