I have a friend she is 33 years old. I am a male 30 years old. There is a pattern between us that I have come to notice. Whenever my friend is happy with her life she becomes extremely selfish, and hypocritical. She can be down right mean and when I bring it up she acts like I'm the bad guy. She won't even talk about how I feel; however when she is sad generally after a breakup or when her relations are going bad she becomes the sweetest most caring person in the world and we get along great until she finds another man and gets back on her high horse. Why is this?

That is her personality, as a friend, you just accept them as they are.
