What is the total force on the bottom of a swimming pool 1.6 m by 1.4 m whose uniform depth is 2.0 m?
I also need to solve for absolute pressure, how would I do this?

You have to know the weight density of what is in the pool.
A safe bet is that it's water:). The weight density of water is {\rho}=62.4 \;\ \frac{lb}{ft^{3}}
In metric, the weight density of water is 9810 \;\ \frac{N}{m^{3}}
h=depth of the pool and A is the area of the bottom.
Force is F={\rho}hA
Pressure is force per unit area. p=\frac{F}{A}={\rho}h
