I'm replacing a floor in bathroom I need to know if it is nesscary to remove flange or cut a hole around it the bathtub is in the way to wedge it underneath so any help would be apprciated, about removal of this 1 or trying to get around removing it.

Cutting around a stabile flange is fine. If you raise your floor the flange should be flush with the new floor so a spacer can be added. Some folks also try a double wax ring instead of the spacer but that is not a better choice than the spacer.

There is wiggle room with a flange. The top surface of the flange should be flush with the top surface of the floor OR the underside of the flange is flush with the top surface of the floor. This allow a about 1/4" of wiggle room
