Me my sister and her daughter stay together at the family house, her daughter is 21 she does work (BUT) she pays no bills in the house and I have ask her mother why is she not paying no bills for the up keep of the house, and she says because that her daughter. I would like to know can I evict her daughter and how do go about doing this?

Do you own the house? That is the first thing we need to know. Does your sister also own the house? Who is on the deed to the property? That is the owner and the only person able to evict.
