Hi , I'm 15 years old and in high school so I get up quite early for school ( 5:20am ) so I can't really eat in the mornings cause it's SO early so I just eat a nutri grain bar on the bus than I end up not being that hungry at lunch so some days I skip lunch and only have a nurtri grain bar than come home and eat a big enough dinner and end up getting Dirriah ( yes I know this isn't the best subject ) but I'm worried , I know I should be eating more but it feels like for jurying the day as soon as I skip breakfast because I just can't eat that early if I tried eating lunch I'd feel sick afterwards and than after I eat a big dinner it's usually kind of olive green diarriah ( disgusting I know ) now I don't know if this is because I'm coming down with something or because of my eating habbits lately.
If someone can lend me some answers that'd be great.
Thanks.

You need to do something about your poor eating habits. Nutrigrain bars are not food to live on indefinitely. Once in a while is okay but not breakfast and lunch every day. Sorry. They are perfectly okay to be eaten as a snack between meals. As for eating a big dinner, that's okay so long as you don't stuff yourself.
You should try eating a sensible breakfast on the weekends and get into the habit of eating some for real food. For breakfast on the bus may I suggest a couple of hard boiled eggs or some sliced cheese instead of the bar? You need protein and real food to start your day. You need to start eating sensibly for lunch also. Take a sandwich to school with you and eat that along with say an apple or an orange.
Not eating properly at age 15 is going to set your body up for a lifetime of bad eating habits and possible ill health later on down the road in your lifetime. You need to consume the proper protein and carb ratio for a growing body. You will continue to grow until you are at least 21 or 22 and then level off to your proper height and weight. You are risking way too much with your fad food ingestion right now. Your digestive system can't handle it anymore and is telling you to please eat something else - preferably real food for a change. Ok?
