Hi, SamanthaKhiev!
What kind of business is it that you want to start, please? Depending on the type of business, it might not take all that much money to start it. I have a college degree, however, it doesn't take a college degree to operate any of the businesses that I presently run.
Thanks!

There are a few different things you can do to get money. One of the probably most widely used methods is getting a small business loan then once you're up and running you can pay the money back. Meeting people can mean success as well. Find people interested in your business. Mention it when you go out. Usually you can find people who are willing to invest in your business if they think it will have success. You can also find a small part time job before hand and that money can go towards whatever your costs are, at least until you're getting some profit. Sometimes you can visit city hall wherever you live and they will have suggestions for you as well. They are usually very helpful. Since we really aren't sure what your small business is it's a little hard to comment but if you have to get a building try finding one that is a rent to own, as long as you plan on keeping the business for a long time. That way your money is put to the best possible use and it isn't going straight out the window every month.
I'm guessing you have some form of education under your belt, not college related. That is good. Experiences make a small business, figuring out what you're doing right and what you're doing wrong. That's what makes a business profitable, that combined with good products, services, and the right form of advertisement. Most investors and city hall members are further interested if you have a good education, since you don't necessarily I would make sure you put your skills on the table and have some form of business plan.
