I am looking for some lunch ideas for bringing to work at my small office without a microwave available. We do have a hot/cold water cooler. Especially ideas of things that can store without a refrigerator as our is very small and I have no access to a freezer but I am often stuck at work without the ability to pop out for lunch, ideas?

I like taking small pitas and sandwiches with a small ice pack. Any type of fruit can be good. Sometimes I take a salad and a breadstick. Some people like cold pizza. They sell all sorts of "kid friendly" items in the store that are easy to take to work also Kraft magazine has a bunch of things listed in some of their issues for "cold" lunches.
