Ms A and Ms B are directors of Bee limited Company. They were very excited when they were told that they will forever enjoy limited liability. After the registration og the company, company had agreed to purchase some slimming machine from a supplier called Pretty Co. under the terms of purchase agreement one-third of the purchase price is payable on delivery, with the balance payable in equal monthly installments over the period of 2 years. 6 months later, Bee Company was unable to make payment for the installments. Advise Ms A and Ms B.

We don't do your homework. Tell us what you think the answer is and we'll tell you if we think you're correct.

The court cannot lift the veil of incorporation neither by statue or case law. This is because MS A and Ms B are not indeed a separate personality.

Is there still anything required to be included in this question beside the above?

I think your answer that the corporate veil cannot be lifted in this case is correct. However I think your reasoning might be incorrect.

Go back and look at the situations when the corporate veil can be lifted.
