Hi! Well, me and all of my friends are trying to remembre a cartoon... remember in the 90's, in cartoon network there was a space where "cartoons that never made it"? well there was several cartoons there that lasted just a couple of minutes... there was "Rupert The Grouper" who was a fish that danced out of the water and then dies... hahaha, then there was "Frothy Dawg" who was a dog who scared everyone... and there was "Heidi and the Yodelers" who sang awfully... also there was "Salt & Slug" they were a slug and a cup of salt who fell in love, but everybody knows what happens when they come together... well, my question is...

There was a cartoon in which a guy does the laundry all over the universe and he arrives to a planet where big headed aliens live, when I say "big headed" I mean it... they needed a stick with a wheel to hold their heads so they could walk... and when the "laundry man" was angry he kicked the stick and the aliens just fell down...

Can somebody help me with this one? I have been looking for this particular cartoon for about 3 or 4 years :S
