Replaced cap and rotor car started afterwards then died after 10 sec now I have no spark. Put old cap and rotor on still nothing. I have power coming out of the coil, I think the ignitor is bad but not sure also I don't here the injectors clicking when trying to turn over car, but I am not sure if this is controlled by the ingiter. It is a honda b18b1 engine please help

Yes, replace the ignitor and coil. I recommend replacing both of these problematic components after 120,000 miles or 10 years, whichever comes first.

If you prefer, perform all tests listed in Sections A and B of the Sticky.

Does the igniter control the fuel injectors

No. Under direction of the ECM, the ICM controls when the coil fires.
